JNL/DFA US Small Cap A (JNL/DFA U.S. Small Cap Fund Cla) fond

As a non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings made for investment purposes) in securities of U.S. small-capitalization companies. It may purchase or sell futures contracts and options on futures contracts for U.S. equity securities and indices, to increase or decrease equity market exposure based on actual or expected cash inflows to or outflows from the fund.
