Graniteshares Autocallable Coin ETF (GraniteShares Autocallable COIN) ETF

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks current income by getting exposure to a portfolio of autocallables that reference the price of the common stock of Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in derivatives contracts that utilize the autocallable on the underlying asset as their reference asset. The fund is non-diversified.
