The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of companies considered by the adviser to be (at the time of purchase) mid-capitalization companies. The fund principally invests in equity securities, which typically include U.S. companies but will also invest any portion of its assets in foreign securities, including depositary receipts such as American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”).
