JNL/JPMorgan MidCap Growth A (JNL/JPMorgan MidCap Growth Fund) Fonds

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in a broad portfolio of common stocks of companies with market capitalizations equal to those within the universe of Russell MidCap Growth Index stocks at the time of purchase. As of December 31, 2025, the market capitalization range for the Russell MidCap Growth Index was $88.9 billion to $1.3 billion.
