SinoMab BioScience Limited, a biopharmaceutical company, engages in the research, development, manufacture, and commercialization of therapeutics for the treatment of immunological diseases primarily monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based biologics in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Its product pipeline comprises SM03 (Suciraslimab), a first-in-class anti-CD22 mAb, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA); is in phase II clinical trial to treat non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and systemic lupus erythematosus; and is in phase I clinical trial to treat alzheimer's disease and sjogren's syndrome. It also develops SM17, a humanized anti-IL-25 receptor, which is in phase I clinical trial to treat asthma and atopic dermatitis, as well as to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; and SN1011, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which is in Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of pemphigus, neuromyelitis optical spectrum disorder, and multiple sclerosis, as well as to treat systemic lupus erythematosus.
