It operates through four segments: Infrastructure Construction, Cranes, Marine Shipbuilding and Ship Repair, and Concession. The company constructs petroleum hub and bunkering facilities, oil and gas terminals, liquefied natural gas jetty works, marine ports, bridges and dams, airport terminal runways and facility support buildings, heavy concrete foundations, and other construction works; and designs, manufactures, supplies, trades in, leases, and services offshore oil and gas pedestal, tower, shipyard, and other heavy lifting equipment cranes, as well as designs, engineers, and services integrated automation solutions, process analyzers, and specialized equipment for various industries. It also engages in the design, engineering, building, and servicing of anchor handling tugboats, supply vessels, accommodation ships, and marine vessels for offshore oil and gas exploration and production works; privatization of international airports and road maintenance works. In addition, the company is involved in management services; design, fabrication, trading, service, and rental of winches, hydraulic system, and material handling equipment; vessel chartering services; oil, gas, and petrochemical engineering; civil and structural engineering contract works; and structural steel fabrication. Further, it engages in the manufacturing and services for airline support equipment; property development, trading, and rental; manufacturing of containers; marine and offshore leasing activities; and manufacturing and trading of waste heat recovery units and spare parts. The company was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Klang, Malaysia.
