The Broadcasting segment operates wireless radio broadcasting stations. The Property Development and Investment segment develops commercial properties; and invests in real estate. It also engages in the home and lifestyle exhibition, including rental of booth and storage; and provision of shared services. The company was formerly known as Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad and changed its name to Star Media Group Berhad in May 2015. Star Media Group Berhad was incorporated in 1971 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
