Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest between 50-70% of its assets in equity securities and 30-50% of its assets in debt securities. The equity securities in which the fund normally invests are common stocks of approximately 25 to 35 mid- and large-cap U.S. companies with market capitalizations greater than $2 billion.
