Eventide Large Cap Focus I (null) Fonds

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in a broad range of equity securities of large capitalization companies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in large capitalization companies. It may invest without limitation in securities in companies domiciled outside the United States either directly or through ADRs. The fund is non-diversified.
