The fund is an actively managed broad-market exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 90% of its assets in Founder-Led Companies, specifically, common equities or real estate investment trust (“REIT”) securities listed on a U.S. exchange. It is non-diversified.
