Under normal circumstances, the Adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective by investing primarily in dividend-paying securities of non-U.S. companies, including those in emerging market countries. It invests in at least five countries, and invests at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies or, if conditions are not favorable, invests at least 30% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
