The fund will invest in various types of high quality, investment grade debt (or fixed income) securities. Under normal conditions, the fund will pursue its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in floating or adjustable rate instruments and derivatives and other instruments that effectively enable the fund to achieve a floating rate of income.
