Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large companies. It seeks to invest in securities of companies that the portfolio management team believes are undervalued by the market and are selling at reasonable prices in relation to the portfolio management team's assessment of their potential or intrinsic value.
