In addition, it provides spectrometers, light sources for UV, VIS, and NIR, as well as fibre optics or optical waveguides, accessories, and customer-specific products for OEM applications, as well as scientific market; optical measurement and control technology systems; process-integrated measurement technology solutions; and hardware and software systems for digital plant phenotyping and high-throughput screening fields. Further, the company develops, produces, and distributes infrared measurement technology; development and manufacture of test and calibration equipment for cameras and multi-sensor systems; micro-incandescent lamps, lenses, and special lamps; and special fibres for optical measurement technology. The company was formerly known as m-u-t AG and changed its name to Nynomic AG in August 2018. Nynomic AG was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Wedel, Germany.
