Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust (Common) ETF

In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold bitcoin. The Delegated Sponsor of the Trust is Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. (the “Delegated Sponsor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. The Trust does not provide investors with direct exposure to spot bitcoin, and an investment in the Trust is not a direct investment in bitcoin.
