Under normal conditions, each sub-advisor manages a portion of the fund’s assets by independently managing a portfolio typically composed of at least 10, but not more than 35, stocks. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities.
