Oakmark Global Select Institutional (Oakmark Global Select Fund Ins) Fonds

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies. It invests in the securities of companies located in at least three countries. The fund could own as few as twelve securities, but generally will have approximately twenty securities in its portfolio. It will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies (unless the Adviser deems market conditions and/or company valuations less favorable to non-U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
