The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of total return by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of investment grade fixed-income securities that Oakhurst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”) believes offer the potential for capital appreciation and current income Total return for the fund will consist of income, dividends and capital appreciation. Normally, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in investment grade fixed-income securities.
