Invesco Main Street Small Cap R6 (Invesco Main Street Small Cap F) Fonds

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of "small-cap" companies. The fund's manager considers a small-cap company to be one that has a market capitalization within the range of market capitalizations of the largest and smallest capitalized companies included in the Russell 2000® Index. The fund primarily invests in common stock but may also invest in other types of securities such as real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) or other securities that are consistent with its investment objective.
