It also offers products, including fiber preparation, spinning preparation, ring spinning, compact spinning, rotor spinning, air-jet spinning, automation, digitization, winding, and texturing machines, as well as related components. In addition, the company supplies technology components to spinning mills and textile machinery manufacturers, as well as precision winding machines; and offers spare parts, and after sales services and solutions over the product life cycle. The company was founded in 1795 and is headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland.
