Federated Hermes MDT Small Cap Value C (Federated Hermes Clover Small V) Fonds

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in the common stock of small U.S. companies. Under normal circumstances, it will invest its assets so that at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) are invested in small cap value investments.
