Weitz Core Plus Income Institutional (Core Plus Income Fund Instituti) Fonds

Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in debt securities and related derivative instruments. The fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in debt securities which are unrated or which are non-investment grade (commonly referred to as “high yield” or “junk bonds”).
