The address of its registered office is 17B, Yue Xiu Building, 160 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Yuexiu REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 21 December 2005. This interim condensed consolidated financial information was approved for issue by the Board of Directors of the Manager on 14 August 2005.
