The fund normally invests in the common stocks of approximately 15 to 25 mid- and large-cap companies with market capitalizations greater than $2 billion that have, in the Adviser’s opinion, a competitive advantage. The Sub-Adviser uses an intensive fundamental due diligence research process to attempt to identify companies with owner-oriented management teams that, in the view of the Sub-Adviser, generate consistently high returns on capital. It is non-diversified.
