PGIM Short Duration Muni Fund (PGIM Short Duration Muni Fund C) fond

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal conditions, at least 80% of its investable assets in municipal bonds that pay interest which is exempt from regular federal personal income tax. It seeks to maintain a weighted average portfolio duration of approximately four years or less.
