The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing more than 80% of the fund’s assets, plus any amounts for borrowing, in shares of mutual funds or ETFs advised by J.P. Morgan®, under normal market circumstances. Each JP Morgan® underlying fund and Other underlying fund invests primarily in equity and/or fixed-income securities, to obtain exposure to the broad equity and fixed income markets.
