Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of small- to mid-cap companies included in the fund’s benchmark index that pass the fund’s values-based screens. Small- to mid-cap companies are defined by the market capitalization range of the fund’s benchmark index, the S&P 1000® Index, from time to time.
