Timothy Plan Large/Mid Cap Value A (Timothy Plan Large/Mid Cap Valu) fond

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in U.S. common stocks and affiliated exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of the fund’s total assets in ETFs and in companies whose total market capitalization exceeds $2 billion. Value funds typically emphasize stocks whose prices are below average in relation to such measures as earnings and book value; these stocks often have above-average dividend yields.
