Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments tied to the 100 constituent companies included in the S&P 100 Index (the “Index”). The fund may also invest in derivative instruments including, without limitation, futures.
