Northern International Equity Index (Northern Funds International Eq) Fonds

The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in the equity securities included in the MSCI EAFE® Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the index and in American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), European Depositary Receipts (“EDRs”), and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) representing such securities and Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. It is non-diversified.
