Northern Mid Cap Index (Northern Funds Mid Cap Index Po) Fonds

The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities included in the S&P MidCap 400® Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of securities contained in the S&P MidCap 400 Index, and in S&P MidCap 400 Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. It is non-diversified.
