Alger Small Cap Growth C (Alger Small Cap Growth Fund Cla) fond

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies that, at the time of purchase of the securities, have a total market capitalization range of the Russell 2000 Growth Index. The Russell 2000 Growth Index is a broad-based index of small capitalization stocks. It may invest a significant portion of its assets in securities of companies conducting business within a single sector, as defined by third party sources, including the information technology, health care and consumer discretionary sectors.
