Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings) in fixed income securities and other related instruments with similar economic characteristics. It may also invest in other investment companies, such as open-end, closed-end and exchange-traded funds, and other pooled investment vehicles, which may include private funds. The fund is non-diversified.
