The fund normally invests primarily in value stocks.Value stocks are common stocks that,in the opinion of the investment adviser,are inexpensive or undervalued relative to the intrinsic value of the company. The fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in foreign securities issued by companies domiciled in developed or emerging market countries.
