The firm prefers to invest in companies having EBITDA minimum of €5 million ($5.43 million), EBITDA more than 10%, ROCE greater than 10% and revenue between €50 million ($54.35 million) to €150 million ($163.04 million). It prefers to take majority stake. First Capital S.p.A. was founded in February 2008 and is based in Milan, Italy.
