Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large-capitalization companies. Under normal conditions, the adviser intends to invest its assets in the equity securities of a limited number of issuers. The fund invests primarily in equity securities that Subadviser believes are undervalued, including common stock, foreign securities and real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). It is non-diversified.
