Nuveen Mid Cap Value Opportunities I (Nuveen Mid Cap Value Fund I) fond

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of mid-capitalization value companies. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in non-dollar denominated equity securities of non-U.S. issuers.
