JPMorgan Hedged Equity 2 I (JPMorgan Hedged Equity 2 Fund C) fond

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. "Assets" means net assets plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. It will also systematically purchase and sell exchange traded put options and sell exchange traded call options, employing an option overlay known as a "Put/Spread Collar" strategy. The fund's investments in equity securities will be primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations similar to those within the universe of the S&P 500 Index.
