Optimum Small-Mid Cap Value C (Optimum Small Cap Value Fund Cl) fond

Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of small- and mid-market capitalization companies (80% policy). For purposes of this fund, small-market capitalization companies are those companies whose market capitalization is similar to the market capitalization of companies in the Russell 2000 ® Value Index, and mid-market capitalization companies are those companies whose market capitalization is similar to the market capitalization of companies in the Russell Midcap® Value Index.
