Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in value companies with large market capitalizations. The fund also invests in equity securities of companies with medium market capitalizations and in other investment companies (for example, an exchange-traded fund (ETF)).
