Principal Real Estate Securities R5 (Principal Fds, Inc. Real Estate) fond

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies principally engaged in the real estate industry. It invests in equity securities regardless of market capitalization (small, medium or large). The fund concentrates its investments (invest more than 25% of its net assets) in securities in the real estate industry. It is non-diversified.
