The company was formerly known as Regal Petroleum plc and changed its name to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020. Enwell Energy plc was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. Enwell Energy plc is a subsidiary of Smart Energy (CY) Ltd.
