The fund’s principal investment strategy is to invest in a portfolio of large-cap equity securities, subject to the limitations of the fund’s values-based screening policies. Under normal market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of large-cap companies. The fund may invest a portion of its assets in small- and mid-cap companies. It may also invest in other investment companies and real estate investment trusts.
