Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, measured at the time of purchase in small-capitalization securities. The fund typically invests in 20-40 companies that the Adviser believes are niche dominant and attractively valued with financial flexibility and uniquely fitted management teams. It is non-diversified.
