Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in emerging markets securities, excluding companies with their principal office in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). The Adviser seeks investment opportunities in companies at different stages of development ranging from large, well-established companies to smaller companies at earlier stages of development.
